How do I return something from Your Personal Organizer?

Of course, we always strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Because of our fair price – service – quality ratio, we therefore also have few returns.

How can I return something?

If the delivered item is not quite what you expected, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. Return of an article should always take place in consultation with Your Personal Organizer. Therefore, always contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.
2. Customized and/or personalized items may never be returned.
3. Returns are only possible within 14 days. This period starts on the day the order is shipped. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return (part of) your order.
4. Report your return at assist@your-personal-organizer.com o.v.v. returns.
5. A return shipment is at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that we are not liable for damage or loss of a return.
6. Items must be packed in their original packaging. Also, we can only accept unopened packages.
7. You can easily create a return label using the link in the track & trace email you received earlier, or use the following addresses:

8. A copy of the invoice should be attached to the return shipment. On this invoice you should clearly state which item you are returning. You can download the invoice in your account under “order history”.
9. If you were entitled to a discount due to the purchase amount, it is possible that the purchase amount may fall below a certain discount scale due to the return. This may result in partial or even total forfeiture of the discount. This will be deducted from the credit.
10. In case of return, you will receive a refund from us. We will transfer this amount to the account number known to us.
