How do I return something from Your Personal Organizer?

We always strive for a 100% customer satisfaction.

Due to our fair price – service – quality ratio we have very few returns.

How can I return something?

Should, for some reason, the item not meet your expectations, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Returning an item must always take place in consultation with Your Personal Organizer. Therefore, always contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.
  • Custom-made and/or personalized items can’t be returned for obvious reasons.
  • We have a policy of 14 days, that is the time frame in which you can return items. The 14 days start on the day of the order’s shipment. After reporting your return, you have another 14 days to return your order (partially).  
  • Mail us if you want to return a certain item: assist@your-personal-organizer.com stating “returns”.  
  • All costs for returning or sending back an order is at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that we are not responsible for damage or loss of a return shipment. If the wrong product or item is delivered, we’ll take care of the costs for the return.  
  • The items must be packed in their original packaging. Also, we can only accept unopened packages.  
  • You can easily create a return label via the link in the track & trace mail from My Parcel, which you received earlier, or use the following address:

A copy of the invoice has to be added to the return shipment. On this invoice you must clearly state which article you are returning. You can download the invoice in your account under “order history”.

If you were entitled to a discount, it is possible that the purchase amount due to the return is lower than the discount limit. This may result in a partial or even full cancellation of the discount. This will be deducted from the credit balance.

In case of return you will receive an amount back from us. We deposit this amount to the account number known to us.
